These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Pokerfa platform ("pokerfa", "we", "us") and its members ("you", "user"). By accessing the Pokerfa website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Pokerfa operates under a license issued by an international gaming authority. We are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh.

Important: You must be at least 18 years old to use Pokerfa's services. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account & Registration

You must provide genuine and accurate information when registering on Pokerfa. Creating an account with false details is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

  • Each person may only register one account — opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, or device is strictly prohibited.
  • Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
  • Any unusual activity on your account must be reported to pokerfa support immediately.
  • Withdrawal functionality will be restricted until the account verification (KYC) process is complete.
Opening an account in someone else's name or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

Payments & Transactions

Pokerfa supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be handled without verified KYC. Pokerfa does not charge any transaction fees — however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Important: Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Only funds sent from your own mobile banking account will be processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

Pokerfa offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.

  • Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement is 5x.
  • Free Bet: Applicable to selected sports events. Valid for use in specified markets only.
  • Cashback: Cashback is paid at a set rate based on your net losses for the week.
  • Free Spins: Applicable to selected slots games; validity is generally 48 hours.

Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted on the promotions page. Winnings earned using bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified turnover requirement.

Pokerfa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended.

Games & Betting Rules

Every game on Pokerfa is certified with international-standard RNG (Random Number Generator) verification. All outcomes are entirely random and never predetermined.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — whether it is a live bet or a pre-match bet.
  • If a bet is placed at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, pokerfa reserves the right to void that bet.
  • If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with pokerfa's own rules.
  • Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
Cricket & Football Betting: If a match is not completed within the scheduled time due to weather or other reasons, bet settlement will follow the specific terms and conditions of the relevant sport.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pokerfa and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  1. Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  2. Systematic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses.
  3. Placing bets using automated software or bots.
  4. Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
  5. Exploiting account security vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
  6. Harassing or threatening other members.
If suspicious activity is detected, pokerfa may suspend the account and conduct an investigation without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

Pokerfa believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We encourage all members to set their own limits.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time. The process will be completed within 24 hours of receiving your request. All pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned before the account is closed.

Pokerfa may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to pass accountability verification.
  • Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
  • If identified as a minor.

Limitation of Liability

Pokerfa is committed to maintaining the quality of its services. However, pokerfa will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
  • Issues caused by your device or browser.

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

Pokerfa's KYC (Know Your Customer) process is straightforward for members in Bangladesh. Three types of documents are required. First, proof of identity — a clear photo or scan of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Second, proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or any other official document showing your current address (issued within the last 3 months). Third, payment method verification — the name registered to your bKash or Nagad number must match the name on your account. Once documents are submitted, verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Deposits can be made before verification is complete, but large withdrawals will not be available until your account is verified.

Pokerfa displays odds in decimal format as it is the easiest to understand. For example, odds of "2.50" mean that a ৳1,000 bet returns a total of ৳2,500 — that is your original ৳1,000 stake plus ৳1,500 in profit. The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome, but the greater the payout if you win. Conversely, odds of "1.20" indicate a higher chance of winning but a smaller profit.
